• Authorities Continue Search Efforts for Missing Elmore County Man (abc3340.com) — Mountain Brook residents should know that their fire department has deployed a specialized AMAS team to help search for a missing Wetumpka man in Elmore County, working alongside Vestavia Hills, Homewood and Hoover crews. Authorities are not seeking public volunteers but do urge anyone with information to contact the Elmore County Sheriff's Office or CrimeStoppers as the multi-agency search continues.
