The property, located at 1816 McFarland Blvd. in Northport, was formerly home to Yummy Buffet and other buffet concepts in years past.

Brokers confirmed that Yummy Buffet closed its doors for good in March. It is now being offered as a restaurant or ground lease opportunity at a rate of $20 per square foot annually.

Right Space Commercial says the site includes a 7,524-square-foot building positioned near the intersection of McFarland Boulevard and Highway 69 North, an area brokers describe as one of Northport’s most recognizable retail corridors.

The brochure notes the property sees traffic counts of approximately 70,000 vehicles per day and features both pylon and building signage opportunities.

The site is also surrounded by national retailers, restaurants and nearby residential neighborhoods, factors Right Space Commercial says make the location attractive for restaurant operators, quick-service concepts or other national tenants seeking a high-profile commercial location.

The property was originally built in 1982 and includes shared surface parking, existing restaurant infrastructure, a large dining area and kitchen/prep space configuration from its previous buffet layout.

Right Space Commercial owner and qualifying broker Richard Henry and associate broker Delana Roe are listed as contacts for the property.
