Briski becomes the eighth SEC Pitcher of the Year in Alabama program history, giving the Crimson Tide the most honorees of any team in the conference.
She is the first Alabama pitcher to win the award since Montana Fouts in 2021.
Murphy’s honor marks the sixth SEC Coach of the Year award of his career — the most in league history. He previously won the award in 2006, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2019.
Alabama also had four players earn All-SEC honors, with Briski and Brooke Wells named First Team All-SEC, while Marlie Giles and Alexis Pupillo earned Second Team All-SEC recognition.
It marks the first career All-SEC honor for all four players and brings Alabama’s all-time total to 123 All-SEC selections over the program’s 30-year history.
The Crimson Tide softball team will return to action Friday against Florida in the SEC Tournament.
