Shelton State's Workforce Development division will host two seven-week ACT preparation courses on the college's Martin Campus during the Fall 2026 semester.
Each class will meet from 4:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. in Room 1913, and students are required to attend all scheduled sessions for their selected course.
Shelton State says the course is designed to help students understand how each section of the ACT is structured and develop effective strategies for approaching the exam.
Participants will apply those techniques during practice tests and group discussions aimed at refining problem-solving skills and improving their performance on the test.
Enrollment is limited to 12 students per course, and college officials encourage interested students to register early.
The course fee is $350.
