TUSCALOOSA, AL — Buyers with deep pockets looking for a home on Lake Tuscaloosa have no shortage of options, with more than 100 properties currently on the market.
The latest listings on LakeHouse.com show 102 homes and properties for sale around Lake Tuscaloosa, underscoring continued demand for one of West Alabama's premier waterfront destinations.
According to the listing website, asking prices currently range from just over $100,000 for some interior lots to nearly $3 million for premium waterfront estates.
At the top of the market is a 9,343-square-foot estate in the gated Crown Pointe community listed for $2.895 million. The home sits on approximately 4.5 acres on its own peninsula and features four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
Another high-end listing, known as Infinity Point, is priced at $2.49 million. The 5-bedroom waterfront home sits on 1.1 acres and is about a 20-minute drive from the University of Alabama.
Other luxury offerings include a recently renovated lakefront home on Windward Avenue listed for $2.25 million and several additional properties priced between $1 million and $1.75 million in communities surrounding the lake.
Listings also include lakefront homes in the $550,000 to $700,000 range, as well as vacant parcels offering buyers an opportunity to build custom homes on the reservoir.
