TUSCALOOSA, AL — Shelton State Community College announced Thursday morning that its Fredd Campus will be closed for the rest of the day due to a power outage.

The closure applies to all classes and activities scheduled at the Fredd Campus on Oct. 1.
Shelton State said the outage and closure do not affect its Martin Campus, which remains open.
The college said additional information will be provided through its website, SSCC Alert! system and social media channels as necessary.
