The AAA is comprised of two board representatives from each organization who will further strengthen the connections that already exist at the executive and staff level. The respective organizations have many shared goals that are vital to the stability and future of Anchorage, and their combined memberships represent a significant portion of Anchorage businesses, workforce, and economic activities across all sectors. The coalition will plan and coordinate common action, better leverage resources, support local businesses, and actively pursue economic opportunities, which allows the group to better advocate for growth and opportunities for the community.

“Working to develop and build the economy of Anchorage is a big job, “ says Bruce Bustamante, President/CEO of the Anchorage Chamber, “that is why we have joined forces in the AAA. Coming off of an economy-crippling pandemic, this group will work together on mutually agreed upon initiatives to make Anchorage stronger.”
