- Police found an Anchorage man dead in a tote box in the garage of his house after Pretrial Enforcement Division officers noticed his ankle monitor hadn't moved in two days. The officers had this realization this past Sunday, and it was confirmed with a sworn affidavit signed by Anchorage Police Detective David Cordie. According to reports, when authorities arrived on the scene, it was apparent that there were signs of a beating. (Anchorage Daily News)
- The Anchorage Symphony Orchestra had to reschedule Kaleidoscope 2.0 for reasons that have not been disclosed. However, one can take this time to familiarize themselves with the production. The performance will take place at Sydney Laurence Theatre on Mar. 23. It will be an "evening of chamber music performed by more than FORTY Anchorage Symphony musicians!"
