To apply for Alaska Airlines vouchers, please complete this form. Applications are due by Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

Alaska Airlines has generously donated vouchers to be used for special projects at
UAA, which support the mission of the university. UAA departments are invited to submit
a project proposal that could benefit from the use of these tickets. The proposal period is now open through Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
