The Alaska Small Business Development Center is looking to engage an experienced and
energetic communication professional to serve as the Communications Manager for the Alaska SBDC. This position will be responsible for coordinating all of the organization's communications,
PR, and media relations, including:

1. Helping to grow and strengthen the Alaska SBDC brand throughout Alaska by showcasing
   the organization's successes, skills, and experience in developing small businesses.
2. Engage with local and statewide media to help promote stories about the impact that
   small businesses have on the Alaskan economy and the success SBDC has in helping those
   businesses launch and grow.
3. Develop and maintain new and existing marketing and PR platforms to allow Alaska SBDC
   to effectively promote services, training opportunities, research, client profiles,
   and small business resources statewide.
