As we return to a multi-dimensional workplace where employees are in-person, virtual
and hybrid, it is important that we update our skills and techniques to run efficient,
productive and inclusive meetings. Recent research points out that minoritized employees
have experienced ongoing or increased levels of bias in virtual and hybrid work environments.
Attached is a helpful checklist from EVERFI that includes four ways we can drive a culture of inclusion through meeting management.
