The UAA Facilities Planning & Construction (FP&C) office is recruiting for a highly
motivated, detail-oriented Contracting Officer who is ready to take on exciting multifaceted
work within a team transforming UAA's built environment. The Contracting Officer is
responsible for the procurement of consultant services, contractor services, and commodities
related to capital projects involving facility new construction, deferred maintenance,
renovation and renewal, and departmental relocations. The Contracting Officer works
with a team consisting of project managers, associate project managers, a fiscal manager,
campus planner, GIS technician, and administrative support led by the department director.
