Mesa Shooting: Police Probe Weekend Incident That Injured Four
The shooting happened in the parking lot of the Albertsons by Val Visa Drive.
Mesa Police are investigating a shooting over the weekend that left four people injured. The incident happened in the parking of the lot of the Albertsons in the area of Val Vista Drive and University Drive. Police believe the shooting may have been drug-related.
Officers arrived at the scene to find two gunshot victims.
A third victim was found a few blocks away at University Drive and Camino Street.

Witnesses told police that the four people had arrived at the parking lot in the same car. There were gunshots and the car sped off.
Names and conditions on the people have not yet been released.
