The FRAME STRONG Founding Kettlebell Group starts Monday, Nov 2 in Gilbert. Learn kettlebells the right way, with a coach watching every rep. Classes: Mon &amp; Wed at 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM. 4 people max per class. Includes your program in the FRAME STRONG app. Beginners welcome. Founding rate: $350/month, locked as long as you train. Western Skies Golf Club

AZ Long Drive, the Valley’s long-drive competition league, launches at Western Skies Golf Club in Gilbert. Golfers of all skill levels are grouped by ability using the Long Drive Index®, so everyone competes against players who hit it about as far as they do. Men and women compete separately, and no experience is needed.
Every player is entered in two contests: LongBall, for the longest drive, and 3Ball, which totals your best three of five drives in the grid. Using InRange technology, scores will also be combined with a same-day AZ Long Drive event at Dobson Ranch in Mesa for a two-course competition.
Opening-night special: two competition sets for $25. Spectators are free. After the launch, events run the second Saturday of each month.
