1 Dead In Early Morning North Valley Shooting In Phoenix

An early morning shooting in the North Valley region of Phoenix has left one person dead, with the shooter staying on the scene.

PHOENIX, AZ — A man has died after an early morning shooting in the North Valley region of Phoenix on Wednesday.

The shooting occurred near the intersection of East Greenway Road and North 28th Street just after 5:30 a.m. The victim was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries, police said.

Phoenix police say that the man involved in the shooting stayed on the scene and is currently being interviewed by detectives.
