First, today's weather:

📢 I'm looking for business owners and marketers in Phoenix who want to build awareness, connect with customers and increase sales.

I have a limited number of sponsorships available to introduce our Phoenix Daily readers to local businesses they need to know about. If that's you, then I invite you to learn more and secure your spot now.

Here are the top three stories in Phoenix today:

  1. More than 100 pounds of meth were seized in a drug bust last weekend. According to Phoenix police, the dealer was offering to sell up to 10 pounds of meth when he was identified and pulled over. The seizure also included $25,000 in cash, two rifles, and a handgun. Officers report the street value of the drugs is more than $2 million. (ABC15 Arizona in Phoenix)
  2. Ready to feel like a queen? These local restaurants want you to come for brunch and a drag queen show to celebrate Pride Month. Bottomless mimosas at Illusions, a three-course meal at Diva Royale, and a one-dollar bottle of champagne at The Hot Chick are all on the menu this weekend. Click the link to learn more. (Phoenix New Times)
  3. Phoenix had its first big dust storm of the 2022 monsoon season on Tuesday. The event led to a Dust Advisory from the National Weather Service. The dust storm caused traffic problems, flight delays, and more issues for folks around town. Click the link to see a video of the wall of dust passing near Sacaton. (FOX 10 News Phoenix)
