Up to 100 firefighters are on scene, according to reports. Firefighters ask residents to avoid the area.

PHOENIX, AZ — A three-alarm fire has broken out at the recycling center near 15th Avenue and Jefferson. Reports say up to 100 firefighters are on the scene.
Dense smoke is filling the sky as the plant burns. FOX10 reported that due to the cardboard's flammability, the fire is especially tough.
