4 New Restaurants Coming To Phoenix Sky Harbor's Terminal 4

PHOENIX, AZ — Travelers passing through Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport will soon have more local dining options in Terminal 4.

SSP America, a travel food and beverage operator, announced the lineup as part of Terminal 4's ongoing redevelopment. The new concepts are expected to begin opening in late 2026, although specific opening dates have not been released.

The additions will bring several Arizona-based food and beverage brands into one of the airport's busiest terminals.

“We’re excited to welcome SSP’s new lineup of local restaurants to Terminal 4,” Phoenix Aviation Director Chad Makovsky said in the announcement. “Bringing well-known hometown flavors into the Airport not only elevates the passenger experience but provides travelers with an even greater opportunity to enjoy authentic local cuisine that reflects the spirit of our city.”

Downtown Phoenix's woman-owned Greenwood Brewing will serve a selection of its beers along with cocktails, wine and a menu inspired by Arizona flavors. The airport location is also expected to feature an elevated design reflecting the brewery's community-oriented atmosphere.

The Farm at South Mountain will combine four concepts in one airport space: The Kitchen, serving farm-to-table dishes; Morning Glory Café, with omelets, bowls and baked goods; The Bar, offering Arizona-inspired craft cocktails; and a Coffee Bar with drinks, pastries and grab-and-go snacks.

Ingo's Tasty Food, a locally rooted brand with ties to Phoenix's Arcadia neighborhood and locations across the Valley, will bring an all-day menu of scratch-made comfort food, coffee and signature cocktails.

Cactus & Cow Burger Bar, created by Arizona chef Mark Tarbell, will serve chef-driven burgers and Southwestern flavors in a fast-casual setting.

“Phoenix Sky Harbor is an important gateway to the Southwest, and this next chapter in Terminal 4 allows us to showcase the incredible culinary talent that defines the region,” Scott Welding, SSP America's senior vice president of development and pursuit of new airports, said in the announcement.

Phoenix Sky Harbor serves more than 140,000 arriving and departing passengers on a typical day, with more than 1,300 aircraft arriving and departing. The Phoenix Airport System has an annual economic impact of about $44 billion and supports more than 245,000 jobs statewide.
