Abbie S. Fink Named to Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards Class of 2026

Abbie S. Fink, president of Arizona firm HMA Public Relations, has been named an honoree in Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards, Class of 2026.

Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards recognizes the industry’s most influential leaders across corporate, agency, nonprofit and public-sector communications. The program celebrates women whose leadership, strategy and vision are shaping the future of the communications profession.

Honorees were recognized during Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards Luncheon on March 3, 2026, at City Winery in New York City, where communications leaders from across the country and globe gathered to celebrate excellence, impact and innovation.

“I’ve spent my career believing in the power of good communication to move people and organizations forward,” said Fink. “Being acknowledged by Ragan and included among other women industry leaders is something I won’t take for granted.”

As the first female owner of HMA Public Relations, Fink has led a remarkable agency transformation, driving exponential client growth, expanding the agency's proprietary media intelligence database, and championing underrepresented communities through more than a decade of partnership with tribal nations across the Southwest. Her work in public relations strategy and client development has helped elevate HMA into a nationally recognized boutique powerhouse, earning the agency a PRSA Silver Anvil Award of Excellence for Boutique Agency of the Year and landing Fink on Propel AI's 100 Most Influential PR Pros of 2025 – all within a single year of ownership.
