AllThrive 365 Awarded $665,000 Grant From Diocese of Phoenix

AllThrive 365 is pleased to share that the Diocese of Phoenix Charity and Development Appeal (CDA) has awarded a grant for $665,000 to continue to build on programs and services that promote health, housing, and connection for Arizona’s aging population.

“Since 1974, AllThrive 365 has operated as an extension of the Diocese of Phoenix, working hand-in-hand to meet the needs of our under-resourced neighbors,” said Tami Bohannon, president and CEO of AllThrive 365. “This generous grant allows us to continue delivering life-enhancing services that help older adults across Arizona age with confidence — through nutritious meals, safe housing, reliable transportation, and meaningful connection.”

Funds from the grant will directly benefit seniors by providing door-to-door transportation to the organization’s two Adult Day Health Centers, nutritious meals and snacks for 280 participants each day, meal delivery services for homebound individuals, emergency food boxes and bags, essential home modifications that will make it safe for low-income homeowners and their loved ones to age independently at home, and more.

The Diocese of Phoenix CDA provides support for more than 70 local organizations and ministries, helping transform the lives of thousands of people. During the 2025 fiscal year, the organization has distributed more than $10,000,000 in funds.
