AllThrive 365 Celebrates Staff Recipients of Arizona LeadingAge Awards

AllThrive 365, formerly FSL (Foundation for Senior Living), is proud to announce that two team members have been selected by Arizona LeadingAge for awards highlighting their outstanding contributions and dedication to providing aging services.

Lory Loredo, director of AllThrive 365 Community Action Programs, was named Emerging Leader of the Year for her work in further developing the services offered across AllThrive 365 programs and increasing engagement with members, as well as her ability to uplift and inspire action in those around her.

Annette Duane, receptionist at the AllThrive 365 Tempe Adult Day Health Center, received the Excellence in Service Award for the unwavering dedication she has for ensuring everyone who enters the Tempe Adult Day Health Center feels seen and is treated with kindness and compassion.

“We are so proud of everything Lory and Annette have accomplished and the recognition of the impact of their work from Arizona LeadingAge,” said Tami Bohannon, president and CEO of AllThrive 365. “It is the deeper understanding of the community they serve and the commitment to action that make the AllThrive 365 team so effective in supporting aging adults and adults with disabilities.”

Loredo has been with AllThrive 365 for five years and during that time she has spearheaded projects for growth and expansion, including securing a grant from First Things First to establish a Family Resource Center in Wickenburg. The Center provides essential resources and support to families, reinforcing the well-being of children and caregivers alike, and is the first intergeneration program of its kind in the area. She has also developed close community connections to further double the amount of food distributed via the onsite meal programs, all while uplifting and empowering her staff, volunteers, and community members to create an environment of collaboration and purpose.

Duane has served AllThrive 365 for three years and has become a warm and welcoming presence at the Tempe Adult Day Health Center. Beyond her administrative duties, she builds relationships with visitors and members through understanding and making them feel seen and heard. She uses positivity and decoration to fill the Center with a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere and encourages further engagement from members with creative contests. Her dedication to enhancing the lives of those around her is truly inspiring, demonstrating the profound impact that kindness and commitment can have on a community.

Loredo and Duane were recognized during the Arizona LeadingAge 2025 Annual Conference & Expo that was held May 28-29, which brings together professionals from across the state for continuing education, professional development and advocacy resources.
