AllThrive 365 Welcomes Nicki Lugo as Clinical Director for the Behavioral Health Program

AllThrive 365 is pleased to welcome Nicki Lugo to the team as the clinical director of the Behavioral Health Program which has been providing supporting, homelike treatment facilities for Arizonans living with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) since the 1980s. The nonprofit’s 24/7 staffed facilities offer personalized care, life skills training, and therapeutic activities that empower residents to thrive and move toward greater independence.

Lugo brings more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field to her new role with AllThrive 365 and has expertise in clinical services, program development, and community multidisciplinary collaboration. She takes a compassionate, person-centered approach to every patient she works with and is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. She holds two master’s degrees, one in psychology with an emphasis on behavioral health and one in professional counseling. Lugo is currently pursuing her PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision, with research focused on positive psychology interventions for individuals with co-occurring disorders.

In this role, Lugo will oversee staff and operations, develop assessments and treatment plans for patients, provide training and support for families, create counseling content for in-home groups and more.

AllThrive 365 serves more than 120 individuals annually through the behavior health program, fostering a nurturing, community-based environment to help patients develop meaningful connections while developing important life skills and working toward a more independent level of care.
