- Yesterday, a shooting took place at an apartment complex in Phoenix and left one person dead. According to officials, a Maricopa County constable was serving documents at the complex right before somebody opened fire. Currently, the Maricopa Country Sheriff's Office is investigating. - The largest fundraiser of the year for Aunt Rita's Foundation, also known as the fifth annual RED is the Night, will take place on Oct. 1. This year's theme will be "An Evening in Wonderland: A Costume Ball." It will be presented by Mail-Meds Pharmacy, and all proceeds will go towards supporting Aunt Rita's programs and philanthropy.
