Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona Welcomes Four New Members to Board of Directors
These new board members bring expertise spanning in finance, banking, technology, cybersecurity, governance, and entrepreneurship
Phoenix, AZ – Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona (BBBSAZ) is proud to announce the appointment of four distinguished community and business leaders to its Board of Directors: Bob Aggarwal, Senior Vice President at Alliance Bank of Arizona; Cory Steinbicker, Head of Cybersecurity Strategy at Riveron; Nick Foster, Principal and Founder of Foster Financial CPA; and C.J. Anderson, Director of Internal Audit at Leslie's.
These accomplished professionals bring extensive expertise in banking, cybersecurity, finance, risk management, and strategic leadership, further strengthening BBBSAZ's ability to advance its mission of creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

Bob Aggarwal serves as Senior Vice President at Alliance Bank of Arizona, where he has built a distinguished career helping businesses grow and strengthening communities through strategic financial partnerships. Known for his relationship-focused leadership and commitment to economic development across Arizona, Bob brings valuable expertise in business growth, community engagement, and collaborative leadership to the BBBSAZ Board.
Cory Steinbicker is Head of Cybersecurity Strategy at Riveron and a recognized leader in cybersecurity, technology risk, and digital transformation. With extensive experience helping organizations navigate complex challenges and prepare for the future, Cory brings a forward-thinking perspective that will support BBBSAZ as it continues to innovate and expand its impact.

Nick Foster is Principal and Founder of Foster Financial CPA, where he advises organizations and business leaders on financial strategy, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. C.J. Anderson serves as Director of Internal Audit at Leslie's and has built a career centered on governance, compliance, risk management, and organizational accountability.
