C2 Tactical, Arizona’s premier indoor shooting ranges and training facilities, are proud to announce that that its popular Women of Steel™ (WOS) program is expanding to the company’s new Mesa location, providing East Valley women with an opportunity to develop firearms skills, build confidence and connect with like-minded women in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Women of Steel is a women-only shooting club designed for firearm owners and enthusiasts of all experience levels. The program combines education, skill development, mentorship and community, creating an atmosphere where women can grow their knowledge and confidence while learning from experienced instructors and fellow members.

Women of Steel will meet on the second Wednesday of every month from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at C2 Tactical Mesa and the program's inaugural meeting will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 9.

Since launching at C2 Tactical’s Scottsdale and Tempe locations, Women of Steel has become one of the company’s most successful and sought-after programs, attracting women ranging from first-time shooters to experienced firearm owners looking to continue their training.

“Women of Steel is about so much more than marksmanship,” said Gena Wagoner, Senior Manager of Business Operations at C2 Tactical. “It’s about creating a space where women feel comfortable asking questions, learning new skills, encouraging one another and gaining confidence. We’ve watched lifelong friendships develop through this program, and we’re excited to bring that same experience to women in Mesa and the surrounding communities.”

The addition of Women of Steel to Mesa aligns with C2 Tactical’s ongoing commitment to making quality firearms education accessible to more communities throughout Arizona.

“One of the goals we had when opening our Mesa location was to bring some of our most impactful programs to a new audience,” said C2 Tactical Owner Vince Vasquez. “Women of Steel has empowered hundreds of women over the years, and we’ve seen firsthand the confidence, friendships and skills that come from being part of this community. Expanding the program to Mesa allows us to continue that mission and reach even more women across the East Valley.”
