Desert Botanical Garden

Ballet Arizona’s “Ballet in Bloom: An Evening at Desert Botanical Garden” returns May 13-30, with an expanded double‑feature program set against the glowing desert sunset, showcasing two compelling ballet experiences. The event highlights Lar Lubovitch’s joyful Concerto Six Twenty‑Two, inspired by Mozart’s exuberant score and filled with buoyant quartets, duets, and solos making their Garden debut. It also features the U.S. premiere of Artistic Director Daniela Cardim’s Reset, a contemporary work exploring modern urban life and human connection, energized by Gabriel Prokofiev’s dynamic blend of classical and electronic music. Together, these performances create a vibrant celebration of dance and music to close the season on a high note.
All performances begin at 8 p.m. Patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets well in advance, as performances frequently sell out. Options include upgraded table seating and stadium-style general admission seats. Patrons can enhance their experience by arriving early to witness the behind-the-scenes magic as Ballet Arizona’s professional company
dancers warm up on stage as the sun sets, as well as enjoy a meal and cocktails or wine available for purchase at the venue before the performance. 'Tis Art Center and Gallery

The ‘Tis Art Center &amp; Gallery, in partnership with the Museum of Indigenous People, invites the public to experience “Journeys in Spirit 2026: Traditional and Contemporary Native Art.” This premier annual exhibition, held in Prescott, Arizona, is a free community event showcasing the rich cultural heritage and diverse artistic expressions of Native American artists. Running from May 13 through June 23, 2026, the showcase features a stunning collection of paintings, basketry, jewelry, photography, beadwork, and ceramics.

Journeys in Spirit 2026: A Celebration of Native American Art

Arizona Restaurant Association

Arizona Restaurant Association, the organization that advocates for and supports the state’s robust hospitality industry, announced that its 2026 Spring Arizona Restaurant Week (ARW) will take place Friday, May 15 through Sunday, May 24. This wildly popular bi-annual event showcases the best dining opportunities around the state with three prix fixe price options, all of which present an incredible deal. &nbsp;

This year’s ARW is poised to offer culinary enthusiasts an enticing array of options, with nearly 240 establishments statewide expected to sign up to participate.

“Arizona Restaurant Week continues to grow and receive incredible feedback because it truly is one of the best dining deals in the state,” said Arizona Restaurant Association (ARA) President and CEO Steve Chucri. “This 10-day experience allows diners to try new restaurants, explore different cuisines and enjoy exclusive menu items at their favorite places, all for a fraction of the usual price.”

Arizona Restaurant Week is an opportunity for diners to explore the state’s unique hospitality landscape, from five-star fine-dining establishments to under-the-radar independently owned restaurants that turn out incredible cuisine. During Spring ARW, participating restaurants offer exclusive three-course ARW menus featuring variations of their most popular dishes in addition to new dishes to try. These menus also highlight seasonal, hyper-local and hard-to-come-by ingredients as well as unique specialty dishes that aren’t often featured on year-round menus.

Spring ARW menus are priced at $33, $44 or $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity. In some cases, this price is per couple, as decided by each restaurant. Some establishments offer exclusive wine pairings or specialty ARW cocktails for an added cost. Take-out versions of ARW menus may also be available. &nbsp; &nbsp;

Arizona Restaurant Week’s participants represent many cuisines and dining styles. Guests can enjoy traditional American classics or indulge in eclectic ethnic options. Restaurants range from fast-casual to formal dining. Diners may choose intimate chef-driven settings or five-star establishments. All three price points offer a wide range of cooking styles and exciting choices.

While many of these are returning participants, the ARA is excited to announce two new participants, Pinyon Coastal Mediterranean and Starfish Scottsdale, are already signed up.

New restaurants and menus will be added continually as participants join. ARW supporters are encouraged to check the website often to view new additions and event updates.

Registration for 2026 Spring ARW is now open. The ARA welcomes new and returning restaurants to sign up.
