Rusconi’s American Kitchen is offering special menus to celebrate Dad on Father’s Day weekend! Kick off the Father’s Day celebrations at Rusconi’s American Kitchen with a special three-course dinner menu available all weekend long.

The Father’s Day prix fixe dinner menu is as follows:

First course, choice of one:

Tomato Gazpacho with Wild Blue Crab, tiny vegetables and cilantro oil

Tomato and Burrata Salad with Basil Sorbet, marinated cucumbers, grape tomatoes, shallots and tiny greens

Entrée, choice of one:

Pecan Wood Grilled Filet of Beef Tenderloin and Gulf Prawns with English pea risotto, small carrots, cabernet gastrique and goat cheese crema

Really Slow Cooked Pork Shank Osso Bucco with preserved cherry and orange glaze, potato puree and prickly pear braised red cabbage    

Dessert, choice of one:

Michael’s Brûlée Banana Split with house-made Luxardo cherry, peanut butter ice cream, chocolate sauce and candied pecans

Jar of the Moment

This menu begins at $69 per person plus tax and gratuity and is available during dinner service beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 21.

Father’s Day Brunch

Then, on Sunday, June 21, guests are invited to celebrate Father’s Day at Rusconi’s with a shortened general Sunday brunch menu along with a special prix fixe menu, including:

First course — Michael’s Beignets with vanilla and chocolate sauces

Entrée, choice of one:


Harris Ranch “Kitchen” Burger with goat cheese, balsamic onions, arugula and tomato
Roasted Chicken Salad with citrus ricotta, field greens, summer stone fruit, candied pecans and balsamic dressing

Short Rib Hash with fingerlings, red onions, creamy grits, side-up egg and citrus hollandaise

Dessert, choice of one:

Michael’s Brûlée Banana Split with house-made Luxardo cherry, peanut butter ice cream, chocolate sauce and candied pecans

Jar of the Moment

The cost for the prix fixe brunch begins at $36 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

The Father’s Day brunch menu and prix fixe brunch offering are only available Sunday, June 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m
