Tuesdays just got a whole lot more delicious for duos with the introduction of the new Date Night menu at Rusconi’s American Kitchen. Designed for two diners and available exclusively on Tuesdays, this prix fixe menu includes the following options:

Michael’s Espresso Martini

Sharable Plates, choose two:

Roasted Peach and Spicy Goat Cheese Fondue with Fresno chilies and wood grilled Arizona bread

Strawberry Shellacked Pork Belly with Sweet Corn, house-made bacon, herb oil, mushrooms and gremolata

Pork Chile Verde and Goat Cheese Grits with grape tomatoes and watermelon radish

AZ Dates Stuffed with Short Rib and American Blue Cheese, smoked bacon, romesco, almonds and balsamic syrup

Seared Ahi Tuna with Mild Aguachile, avocado, tomato, cucumber and pickled shallots

Dessert, choose one:

Lemon-Biscotti-Crusted Chocolate and Strawberry Cheesecake with whipped cream, blueberry compote, vanilla sauce and coco nibs

Orange-Scented Crème Brûlée with orange and pistachio garnish
