The masked man demanded to film in the district office and refused to give his name or present identification.

CAVE CREEK, AZ – A masked man with a video camera showed up at the school district office and demanded to film. He refused to give his name or present identification, leading employees to call for police.
The man, who identified himself as "Dragonfire" – a "First Amendment" auditor – later posted the video to YouTube.
He can be seen walking in and refusing requests to sign in and present identification.

"They were calling back to the high school saying there's some strange man out here with a mask on," District Superintendent Debbie Burdick told AZFamily. "It was very frightening to the students,” said CCUSD superintendent Dr. Debbie Burdick.
There is a pre-school on the campus.

The man said that since there's no state law demanding he present identification, he felt no obligation to do so.
While that is true, each district establishes its own security protocol.
Last year, the school board voted to hire a company to check the identification of people as they enter school facilities.
The man eventually left.
