Phoenix Sister Cities partners with the Japanese Friendship Garden to commemorate a milestone of peace following the 75th Anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima, Japan. In this initiative from Sister Cities International, bells are rung in cities throughout the world, at the same time, to mark international peace.
