DoubleTree Plants its Flag at Brixton Capital Hotel Property
The 284-room, five-story property is located at 10220 North Metro Parkway East

DoubleTree by Hilton has opened its doors at a Phoenix, Arizona hotel property owned by Brixton Capital. The 284-room, five-story property, located at 10220 North Metro Parkway East, includes a restaurant, courtyard, pool, fitness center, business center and over 14,000-square-feet of event space.
Mary Lambert will serve as general manager for DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix North. Property owner Brixton Capital invested $3 million into a robust property improvement plan in advance of DoubleTree by Hilton moving in.
Brixton acquired the hotel property in 2014 and originally rebranded it as a Radisson Hotel after investing $6.5 million in property improvements.
