FOUNTAIN HILLS, AZ – Three pedestrians were killed and one hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday morning. It happened by Saguaro and Palisades Boulevards.One of the pedestrians died at the hospital. A SUV with a damaged hood is believed to be the vehicle responsible. The driver stayed on scene and was cooperating. The sheriff's office says that there are no signs of impairment. Deputies from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office are on scene investigating.
