Halloween Events Coming Up In The Valley

PHOENIX, AZ — It's almost Halloween, and shopping centers in the Valley have plenty of opportunities for some family fun and photo ops.

Here is a list of events coming up at Desert Ridge Marketplace, Scottsdale Quarter, and Tempe Marketplace.

Phoenix

Creepy Candy Crawl

• What it is: “Children and families are invited to dress to impress for the annual Halloween costume contest and trick-or-treating. Plus, enjoy Halloween-themed music, dancing, games, prizes and more.”

Desert Ridge Marketplace Pumpkin Patch

• What it is: “Pick the perfect pumpkin (while supplies last), snap a seasonal photo and enjoy free face painting and balloon twisting on select dates.”
• Where: The District, near AMC Theatres at Desert Ridge
• When: Open daily until Oct. 30. Hours are Monday-Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Face painting is from 2-4 p.m. on Oct. 23, 24, and 30
