Hamilton High Sex Abuse: Sixth Student Files Notices Of Claim Against Chandler District
The family is seeking $10 million, according to the notice, which charges the district was negligent in supervising the school's coaches.

The family of a sixth student at Hamilton High School student has filed a notice of claim against the Chandler Unified School District over the district's handling of sex abuse charges involving the school's football team. The family is seeking $10 million.
The student claims that he was assaulted in January during a football training session.
He alleges that he walked into the locker room and as he was changing and only wearing boxers - he was surrounded by members of the team who pulled down his boxers. They then lifted him and players started touching him.

This brings to $44 million the amount of claims brought against the district in relation to the abuse charges.
The district started looking into the situation in February this year after four students came forward with charges that they had been molested by members of the football team in the locker room dating back to September 2015.
Chandler Police have forwarded the case to the Maricopa County District Attorney's Office, which is still investigating.
