Sweltering heat is the norm for Phoenix summers and for locals, and residents take heed and hydrate. But for those who are most vulnerable like the #Homeless, they need assistance. The #HeatDayRespite Center at the #PhoenixConventionCenter does exactly that with day shelter, food, and water. The city Human Services Department has teamed up with the PCC and St.Vincent de Paul.
