Here are the top three stories in Phoenix today:

  1. A woman in Phoenix is missing after going for a horseback ride. According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Jillian Underschultz left her home on horseback around 2:30 p.m. and hasn't been seen since — though two hours later her horse returned home without her. The sheriff's office said Underschultz regularly rides her horse in the desert area near her home. (Patch.com)
  2. Bukola Somide, a Phoenix resident, created the doll "Somi the Computer Scientist" to help teach little ones computer science concepts. As a software engineer for 17 years, Somide said she's often the only Black person or Black woman on her team — so she created a storybook and doll for underrepresented kids in her field. (ABC15)
  3. Police seized a variety of drugs (including fentanyl, meth, and mushrooms) and guns in a north Phoenix drug bust. A 30-year-old named Jeffery Rabadi was booked into jail and accused of multiple drug offenses. Rabadi also had outstanding warrants in Peoria and Coconino Counties. (FOX 10 News Phoenix)
