Infant Dies In Hot Car At Mesa Mall: Report

First responders rushed the boy to a hospital, but he did not survive.

MESA, AZβ€”A 7-month-old boy has died after being left inside a parked car at Superstition Springs Center for approximately two hours, ABC15 reports.

Officers responded to the JCPenney parking lot around 1:30 p.m. Saturday after receiving a call from the boy's mother, who had been inside the mall for about two hours. The infant was in a parked car with the windows rolled up, according to ABC15.

First responders rushed the boy to a hospital, but he did not survive. ABC15 reports no charges has been filed.
