Last Day To Register To Vote Is October 5 In Phoenix
To be eligible to vote, a person must be a registered voter and reside within the City at least 29 days immediately prior to this election.

Monday, Oct. 5 at midnight is the deadline to register to vote in the upcoming City of Phoenix Mayor and Council Election. In this election, voters who reside in the City of Phoenix will elect a Mayor and decide on a ballot measure related to the Alternative Expenditure Limitation (Home Rule). Additionally, voters residing in City Council Districts 1, 3, 5 and 7 will elect Council Members.

To be eligible to vote, a person must be a registered voter and reside within the City at least 29 days immediately prior to this election. Voter registration forms are available at most libraries and government facilities, including the City Clerk Department on the 15th floor of Phoenix City Hall. Registration forms are also available from the Maricopa County Recorder’s office at BeBallotReady.Vote. Those paper forms must be delivered to the Maricopa County Recorder’s office or the Phoenix City Clerk’s office by the close of business on Monday, Oct. 5.

- In person – with the City of Phoenix, City Clerk Department at 200 W. Washington St., 15th floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003. (By appointment only – please call 602-262-6837 to make an appointment)
- By Mail – by filling out and mailing in an AZ Voter Registration Form (must be received by October 5, 2020)
