Lennar Announces Unparalleled Phoenix Internet Service Roll Out

Lennar is excited to announce a groundbreaking roll out in its partnership with FisionX, bringing homebuyers the fastest and most reliable internet right to their doorsteps, all at a fraction of the cost.

Lennar and FisionX’s partnership brings an exciting advantage to buying a Lennar home by
including your internet service as part of your Homeowner's Association Dues. FisionX partners
with the HOA to provide high-speed internet services to residents of Lennar’s communities,
calling it a new standard in home living designed for today's digital lifestyle.

Before closing, FisionX connects each home with 100% fiber optic technology with the fastest
industry leading internet service speeds of 1200Mbps/1200Mbps (1.2 Gigs), all for less than
$45/month.

Ranch in Buckeye -- and currently exists in Anderson Farms, Hawes Crossing and Windstone.

Lennar has plans to introduce this partnership to other developer’s communities as well.
Lennar sees great benefits for its customers, including that their internet service is already
wired and connected, ensuring they receive Gig speeds at a great discount – more than 50% off
retail and billed through the community HOA. The service has future-proofed
connectivity options with consistent technology updates and a dedicated community FisionX
Team.

Tyler Webber moved to Arizona last fall and said Lennar made the move seamless. "Moving in
and having internet service available so I didn't have to search around for a provider was unbelievably helpful," Webber said. "Moving is stressful enough. Having Lennar incorporate my internet with my HOA bill, just took one more thing off my list," added Webber.

telecommunications provider - several years ago to create FisionX. Service options were first

service is now expanding to all new Lennar communities in the Phoenix area.
