Preliminary information indicates Davis drifted into the eastbound lanes and struck one of the semi-trucks head-on. The impact forced the second semi off the road. Both truck drivers remained at the scene and were not injured.
Buckeye Road remained closed in both directions for several hours Sunday as investigators worked to determine what caused Davis to drift. Drivers were asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
