Man Shot Multiple Times At West Phoenix Apartment Complex, Police Say

Police said officers found a man shot multiple times around 4 a.m. at an apartment complex in west Phoenix.

PHOENIX, AZ — A man was hospitalized in critical condition early Wednesday after being shot multiple times at a west Phoenix apartment complex, according to police.

Officers responded around 4 a.m. to the area of 27th Avenue, just north of Indian School Road, after reports of a shooting.

When they arrived, they found the victim and began providing advanced first aid until Phoenix Fire crews took over and rushed him to a nearby hospital.

No suspect information had been released as of Wednesday morning, and no arrest had been made.

Detectives are still working to determine what led to the shooting.
