Here are the top three stories today in Phoenix:

  1. On Wednesday, Phoenix leaders unveiled a new one-of-a-kind community garden in downtown Phoenix. Republic Services Garden at Margaret T. Hance Park is a sustainable garden "that will pay dividends for those visiting and living in our downtown Phoenix community," according to Mayor Kate Gallego. Upon completion, the park will host 33 native desert plants. (All About Arizona News)
  2. A new Mario Kart-inspired apartment complex in Phoenix's Roosevelt Row Arts District has unveiled its artist renderings. The apartment complex, called Rainbow Road, is being planned near First Street and Portland Street. The complex will feature a rainbow path, 36 residential units, plus a commercial space on the ground which will likely house a café or restaurant. (Local Today)
  3. A Netflix star recently listed a mansion for $13 million in nearby Scottsdale. The estate, located at Desert Mountain luxury community in north Scottsdale, was listed by Mauricio Umansky. Umansky, who will be in town on Feb. 7 to host a private viewing, is known for being the star of Netflix's "Buying Beverly Hills" and the husband of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards.
