Phoenix Police Arrest Dozens In Sex Trafficking Sting
Phoenix police opened a massage parlor and arrested customers who propositioned "workers" for sex.

PHOENIX, AZ – Phoenix police arrested 86 people over a 10-day period as part of an operation targeting sex trafficking. Mayor Stanton, Police Chief Jeri Williams, and Councilman Jim Warring made the announcement at a press conference Thursday.
The men – ages 22 to 78 – were arrested from early to mid-December.
The men were all arrested as part of an undercover operation in which detectives operated a massage parlor. Those arrested propositioned "workers" for sex.

It was part of the city's ongoing efforts to reduce trafficking in the area.
In 2014, Stanton created the Human Trafficking Task Force, which is headed by Warring.

"We have an obligation to our part to end it," Stanton said Thursday.
