Phoenix Police Need Help Catching ATM Skimmer Couple

Police want help identifying two people that they say installed a device in a Circle K that collected credit card information from people.

PHOENIX, AZ – Take a good look at the two people pictured above. Phoenix police satt that they are wanted for placing a skimming device on the ATM at the Circle K at 5146 East McDowell Road. The incident happened just after 6 p.m. on January 19.

A skimming device collects credit card and debit card information without people knowing.

People say that the two walked into the Circle K, headed right to the ATM where they placed the skimming device, and then bought a beverage, paying at the cash register.

At least seven people used the ATM before a customer noticed the device and told the store clerk.

Police describe the man as 20-29 years old, wearing a black baseball hat, orange coat down coat with hood, black skinny pants and orange tennis shoes.

They say that she is 20 -24 years old, wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, Nightmare Before Christmas pants, orange slippers and black socks.

Anyone with information is urged to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
