PHOENIX, AZ — Phoenix police were involved in a shooting and a suspect is down, media outlets reported. The shooting happened near North Central Avenue and West Osborn Road in the city's Encanto Village section, according to reports.
The incident happened around 7:30 a.m., ABC15 reported. No officers were hurt.
The Maricopa County Department of Transportation said in a tweet that Osborn Road has been closed in both directions between Central Avenue and 3rd Avenue due to police activity.
