PHOENIX, AZ — Phoenix can expect a dry, hot weekend. The high temperature of 80 Friday will jump up to 93 by the end of the weekend, and there will be few clouds, only expected Sunday evening.

Friday, there's a red flag warning, meaning fires are particularly likely. High temperatures, gusty winds and dry air make for conditions conducive to fire. The warning lasts until 7 p.m. Friday.
