The president arrives in Phoenix - at Sky Harbor - at 4 p.m..

The rally is then at 7 p.m.

THERE WILL BE CLOSURES

From schools - Phoenix Elementary School District, which has canceled after-school activities, Arizona School for the Arts and Bioscience High School, both of which have early dismissal - to downtown businesses, which are sending employees home early, there will be closures.

Also, the Maricopa County Superior Court is shutting down early.

WILL THE PRESIDENT ANNOUNCE HE HAS PARDONED JOE ARPAIO?

The president has suggested this is a possibility, though the sheriff - convicted early this year of contempt - says that he has not been invited to the rally. Early Tuesday, a White House official refused to comment on whether it is going to happen.

NOT EVERYONE IS HAPPY THAT THE RALLY IS HAPPENING

While protests at presidential campaign rallies are expected, Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton has asked the president not to come, given that the nation is still healing from the events in Charlottesville. He said it's too early for a campaign rally.

Also, while Govern Ducey will meet the president at the airport, he has said he will not be attending the rally this evening.

SO, WHO WILL BE AT THE RALLY?

Besides the thousands expected to show up, it's still not clear. One person who is believed to have been invited is Kelli Ward, who is challenging Senator Jeff Flake - a Republican - for his seat in a primary next year.

President Trump has repeatedly attacked Flake and praised her.
