Injured Hiker Rescued From Camelback Mountain: Phoenix Fire Department
An injured hiker was rescued Monday off Camelback Mountain, the Phoenix Fire Department said.

PHOENIX, AZ — First responders rescued an injured hiker off of Camelback Mountain on Monday, the Phoenix Fire Department said.
Phoenix Police and firefighters from Tempe helped rescue the hiker, who was lifted off the mountain via helicopter.
The hiker and all crew are safely off the trail, the fire department said.

Police had originally asked people to stay away from the mountain while they conducted their rescue.
