Here are the top three stories in Phoenix today:
- The Phoenix Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Phoenix woman. Teresa Marie Jarboe, 48, was last seen near 11th Avenue and McDowell Road on Wednesday. She reportedly has a medical condition that can leave her confused. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the department. (KTAR.com)
- A drive-by shooting in southeast Phoenix has injured a teenage boy. The shooting occurred on Wednesday morning around 3:30 a.m. on South 45th Place. A dog was also hit during the shooting and did not survive. The Phoenix Police Department is currently investigating the incident. (Arizona's Family)
- A Phoenix resident has been compensated by the contractor he hired to install gates at his home. Mohan Deb was refunded $1,500 after fake contractor Escadon Candelario received significant backlash from a previous news story about the incident. Phoenix residents are reminded to never hire an unlicensed contractor. (Arizona's Family)
