Here are the top three stories today in Phoenix:

  1. Stevie Nicks is performing in Phoenix on Thursday, Oct. 6. The Phoenix native will be performing with special guest Vanessa Carlton at the Ak-Chin Pavilion. The last time Nicks performed in Phoenix was with Fleetwood Mac in 2018. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, Jul. 29. (The Arizona Republic)
  2. A Phoenix man has been sentenced for a string of 2021 bank robberies. Anthony Medina, 36, will serve 40 months in prison after pleading guilty to bank robbery. He allegedly robbed the banks to buy fentanyl and methamphetamine. He was caught by a joint investigation by the FBI and the Phoenix Police Department. (KTAR.com)
  3. The Phoenix housing market is experiencing a steep increase in supply. According to the Cromford Report, there is approximately a 156 percent increase in housing market supply compared to last year. The median home price is now $460,000. (12 News)
